We do not ask for your Medicare number, Social Security number, or detailed health information on our website forms. Please do not send that information through the website.

Before any Medicare sales appointment, we will ask you to confirm which products you would like to discuss (a Scope of Appointment), as Medicare requires. Our educational classes do not include sales, and no enrollment forms are collected.
